Abstract: A program suitable for pepper plantlets regeneration has been developed. Thallus brushes, buds and roots were induced from explants of pepper cotyledon on MS + 5 mg 6BA + 0.1mgIBA, MS + 3 mg6 BA + 0.2mgIBA and MS + 0.2mgIAA, respectively. Thereby, got whole plantlet. Explants from Pepper cotyledon were inoculated with A, tumefaciens cells containing a cointegrate Ti-plastid which carries NPTⅡ , Nopaline syntheses and CMVcp genes.Transformed cells were selected for kanamycin resistance and transgene plantlets has been gained after a regeneration culture.
