Abstract: We have discovered that there are a great number of parasitic microorganisms in the plant cells of periwinkle ( Catharanthus roseus ) , ginseng ( Panax ginseng) and many other plants. At present, we do not yet identity these microorganismsHowever, surely tissue culture works were prevented due to its parasitism. So we have primarily examinated their morphologh, propagational form, parasitic position and their influence to the tissue culture works and investigated the methods of prevention and treament.

Key words: Tissue culture, Endoparasite
