摘要： 本研究初步证明:1.使用桥交组合的转育方法,能使符合当地育种目标的玉米材料B₇₇₄、B_80—1、吉₆₃×华₁₆₀ 、吉₆₃×B₇₃等由原来出愈率为0.分别提高到4.43%、2.5%、5.8%和2.75%,原来出愈率为0.3%的沈单₃转育后,其子一代的出愈率也高达4.4%.2.作“桥”材料的出愈率与桥交组合F₁的出愈率呈极显著正相关（γ=0.9741,P<0.01）.3.以桥作母本与转育材料配制正交组合F₁出愈率,超过其反交组合F₁出愈率的三倍,因此,本试验上述结果.可为玉米采用花药培养单倍体育种的实际应用提供参考.

Abstract: This preliminary study shows:(1) To use the method of transform-breeding may raise the rate anther culture induction of maize such as the good native breeds B774, B80-1, Ji63× HualGO, Ji63× B73 from 0% to 4.43%, 2.5%, 5.8%, and 2.75% separately and Shen-Dan no.3 from 0.3% to 4.4%.(2) In the crossing, to use the female parent, the fine induction of callus, may increase the induction rate of callus of hybridized combination significantly and both the rate is direct correlation. r = 0.9741,(3) The rate of callus induction of direct hybridized combination is the three fold than the inversed crossing.Therefore, we obtained the conclusion that the method may provide reference materials for the practice application of haploid breeding of maize.
