玉米弯孢菌叶斑病接种技术研究

摘要: 在人工控制条件下,研究了不同接种量、接种方法及接种时期对玉米弯孢菌叶斑病的发病程度的影响。结果表明,玉米成株期弯孢菌叶斑病田间鉴定采用大喇叭口期放置带菌高粱粒的接种方法效果最好,苗期可在三叶、六叶期采用喷雾或灌心接种,但少数品种存在苗期抗性与成株期不一致现象,喷雾或灌心接种最适宜孢子浓度为25×103个/mL。

Abstract: Under the artificially controlled conditions, the influence of different amounts,methods and periods of inoculating on the disease degrees of curvularia leaf spot were studied. The results showed that the best inoculative method of field identification of curvularia leaf spot of maize in its full-grown stage was to place Chinese Sorghum grains with fungi during the bell period. The inoc-ulative method of spray or heart leaf flooding could be used during the periods of the three or six leaves in the seeding stage, but a few maize varieties showed different resistance performances be-tween the seeding stage and the full-grown stage. The best conidial concentration inoculating for spraying or heartleaf flooding was 25×103mL.
