培养条件对玉米小斑病菌毒素产量的影响

Effects of Culture Condition on Output of Toxin of Helminthosporium Maydis of Maize

摘要: 采用根尖伸长抑制法,对比了在不同培养条件下获得的菌丝滤液的致病力大小,即毒素产量高低。结果表明,黑暗静止条件下毒素产量最高,随后依次为光照 12 h-黑暗 12 h-静止条件、光照摇动、光照静止、黑暗摇动。但光照摇动和光照静止条件无显著差异。在有光培养条件下,摇动和静止差异不显著;在黑暗条件下,静止比摇动更有利于毒素产量;在静止培养条件下,黑暗比光照更有利于毒素产量;在摇动条件下,光照比黑暗更有利于毒素产量。

Abstract: The output of toxin of Helminthosporium Maydis of maize was compared by testing the harmful ability of hyphae filtrate from different culture condition with the method of inhibit-ing the growth of root top. The result indicated the output of toxin in the condition of dark and still was the highest. Then the order from higher to lower was the condition of twelve hours in light then dark and in motionless constantly, the shaking and light, the still and light condition. The lowest yield was in the shaking and dark condition.
