Abstract: Taking Prunus davidiana(Carr.) seedling as test material, through determination the physiological indexes, effect of lamina physiological index were analyzed under the normal management and alkaline soil two environmental conditions. The results showed that:Under alkali stress, relative electrical conductivity, content of soluble sugar content(SSC),content of soluble protein(SPC),proline(Pro) content, malondialdehyde(MDA) content, activity of peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT) activity, superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity were a certain degree of rise, while the content of leaf relative water(LRWC) and cross chlorophyll(Chl) were decreased, content of soluble protein(SPC) was increased after the first drop of change. Comprehensive analysis from the above aspects, which indicated that Prunus davidiana(Carr.) to alkali stress had a certain self-adjustment ability,so as to adapt to bad environment.
