Abstract: To establish a high frequency regeneration system for the gene transformation of soybean(Glycine?max ),different explants from Jindou No. 19 were studied and the effect of different concentration of hormone and?inoculating ways was also investigated in this study. The results indicated that the hypocotyl from Jindou No. 19 was?more suitable for callus induction of explant in soybeans and the optimal inductive medium was MS+0. 2 mg/L 6BA+1. 0 mg/L 2,4-D. The optimal inductive mediums for shooting and rooting were MS+1.0 mg/L6一BA+0. OS?mg/L NAA and MS+0. 25 mg/L NAA,respectively. In comparison with the different explants regeneration system,?the regeneration frequency was as follows:hypocotyl, epicotyl, cotyledonary node, cotyledon, leaf.
