Impact of Three Kinds of Pesticides on Period Chlorophyll Content and Related Enzyme Activities in Tobacco Rapid Growth

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to research the impact of physiological activity with application of 3?kinds of pesticides. The impact of chemical pesticides on tobacco leaf's physiological activity including chlorophyll?content，IAAO，NR，InV，PAL and PPO activities were researched with application of 3 kinds of chemical pesticides?(omethoate EC，acephate EC，imidacloprid WP)were used in these experiment assays. The results showed that，the?content of chlorophyll，activities of NR and InV were reduced after spraying this three kinds of pesticides. With the?promotion of tobacco plants growing period，these indicators rebounded significantly;On the contrary，the activities of?IAAO，PAL and PPO were significantly increased after application. With the promotion of tobacco plants growing period，these indicators reduced significantly. These three kinds of pesticide on tobacco leaves with different physiological parameters have different impact.
