Transformation and Genetic Analysis of Maize with the Glyphosate}esistant Gene

Abstract: A new glyphosateesistant gene was introduced into HiI by Agrobacterium-mediated transformationthe T transformation and progeny genetics were analyzed. Ten plantlets were positive by PCR analysis from fifteen Ttransformed plants.
