Genetic Analysis of Hybrid F1 from(G.arboreum×G.bickii)×G.barbadense

Abstract: To veritify the truth of hybrid,( G.arboreum × G.bickii) × G.barbadense and its parents were studied through conventional compression method and RAPD technology.The result of cytology showed that the karyotype foumula of tri-hybrid( G.arboreum × G.bickii) × G.barbadenseis 2n = 4x = 52 = 44m( 2SAT) + 8sm( 2SAT), the range of relative length is 6.91-1.99%, the range of arm ratios is 1.01-2.31,mean arm ratios is 1.37.The type of karyotype is 2B.The analysis of RAPD showed: A total of sixty DNA bands were amplified in( G.arboreum × G.bickii) × G.barbadense, 3.3% DNA bands came from the specifical bands of G.arboreum,8.3% was from the spefical bands of G.bickii, 18.3% DNA bands came from the specifical bands of G.barbadense and 8.3% came from the special bands of tri-specific hybrid.
