Abstract: BMP15 has a important role to the development and differentiation of follicular and is specialized erpressed in mammalian ovary. Specific primers was designed based on conserver sequence of the other animals, firstly, totalDNA was extracted from blood of Mongolian sheep and the BMPIS DNA was amplified by PCR,The purified PCR.prod-uct was cloned into PMD18-T vector. The results demonstrated that the Mongolian sheep BMP15 is belong to the family ofbone moiphogenetic protein. On the basis of comparing the sequence to cow and pig,the homologes of nucleotide were98. 6%,90. 5%respectively.
