Abstract: Through pollen-mediate's method, virus replicase gene was transformed into maize lines. These transgenic maize seedings in 5-6 leaf stages were mechanically inoculated with severestrains of maize dwarf mosaic virus(MD-MV).They mostly showed a high level resistant to MDMV infection. The results of PCR and PCR-Southern Blot analysis had conformed that target gene was integrated into the genome of T1and T2transgenic maize.Transgenic maize lines strongly resistant to the disease were obtained through MDMV field test of T1and T2.
