Study on Utilization Efficiency of Stem Reserves and Its Contribution to Ear in Different Genotype Wheat

Abstract: The cont ribution of stem reserves to ear and it s influence factors w ere studied in 9 w heat g enotypes which w ere planted in Beijing areas w idely in recent years. T he results indicated that there w ere signif icant differences in the cont ribut ion of stem reserves to ear in different geno types, the same result s w ere also found w ith dif ferent inter nodes. The inversal 2-3 inter nodes had the big gest cont ribut ion. T he cont ribut ion to ear w as posit ive correlated w ith plant height , 1000 grain w eight, t ransport rate of stem sheath and dif ferent inter node, especially peduncle and inversal 4-5 inter nodes, accumulat ion mass of stem sheath and different inter nodes, the cont ri bution to ear of inversal 2-3 inter node, grain f illing rate and net assimilat ion rate 20 days after heading and photosynthet ic areas per stem 10 days after heading. How ever, it w as not correlated w ith stem robust , f lag leaf areas, transport rate of stem sheath, and it w as negative correlated w ith net assimilat ion rate 30 days after heading .
