Light Distribution in Maize Population and Its Effect on Grain Yield and Quality

Abstract: The effects of light distribution in maize population on grain yield and quality were studied by determining the light distribution character among different plant densities. The results showed that only under the optimum light radiation condition of population, the light energy could be fully utilized, and the grain yield was the highest and the quality was the best.
