Abstract: The pollen morphology of twenty apricot (Armeniaca sibirica L.and Armeniaca vulguris L.)varieties (species) were evaluated with scanning electron microscopy (SEM).All the pollen samples were dried with critical point drying (CPD).The result showed that there were not significant differences in size of pollens between Armeniaca sibirica L.and Armeniaca vulguris L.but there were more significant difference in size of pollens among nineteen apricot varieties (Armeniaca vulguris L.).There were large differences in the pollen surface topography of twenty apricot varieties (species).Twenty varieties (species) can be classified into 9 types with cluster analysis.
