Protein Expression Profile Analysis of Wheat Root Treated with H2S

Abstract: Wheat is one of the main food crops in human.Hydrogen sulfide(H2S) is considered to be the cells of the third gaseous signal molecule,more and more research on the regulation mechanism of H2S on plants,mainly concentrated in the involved in plant morphogenesis,regulation of physiological and biochemical activities,abiotic stress responses four aspects of biological stress response,but few studies of exogenous H2S on wheat root physiology and protein the expression mechanism of regulation of rare,it is very important to study. In this study,NaHS,an exogenous H2S donor,was used to determinate changes of the protein expression map,morphological and physiological data in the wheat seedlings under different concentrations of 0,0.05,0.10,0.20,0.40,0.80,1.60,3.20 mmol/L by taking the culture method of nutrient solution.With analysis of the identification of differentially expressed protein in wheat roots. The main impact of different concentrations of H2S is regulating different kinds of protein expression,such as energy metabolism(glucose metabolism),photosynthesis,enzymatic antioxidant system,protein expression and processing,and signal transduction.Finally it creates the different phenotype of the wheat. We think it is by regulating the expression of different proteins that different concentrations of H2S promote the growth of wheat at low concentr ations,inhibit at increased concentration and damage when the concentration is too high.
