Abstract: The nutrient use efficiency in wheat was studied in this article by using split-plot design. The result showed that the wheat yield was significantly depressed under no-till than the conventional tillage. The nitrogen use efficiency under no-till was down by 8. 19 percentage points from conventional tillage, and the phosphorus use efficiency under no-till was down by 0. 64 percentage points. The potassium use efficeincy under no-till was 3. 05 percentage points higher than that under conventional tillage. The nutrient use efficiency was increased by balanced fertilization in two tillages. The N,P,and K content of the wheat straw under no-till was higher than that under conventional tillage, especially the potassium.

Key words: Wheat, Nutrient use efficiency, No-till
