Abstract: Diversities of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi in the soil of vegetables grown in greenhouses were investigated. Three genera(GlomusAcaulospora and Gigaspora) and 17 species(G. constrictum,G. etunicatum,A. tuberculata, G. mosseae,G. dimorphicum etc) were isolated. Glomus and Acaulospora distributed widely, which frequency were quite high in all of the soil samples. G. constrictum and G. etunicatum were dominant species. The frequency of the former was the highest, which showed it is strong adaptation in this situation. The influence of the replant years,pH value, contents of available P,total P and organic matter on species richness and spore density of AM fungi were analyzed. It was suggested that the spore richness of AM fungi in the soil decreased as the replant years and pH value(7. 0-8. 7) increased. AM fungal spore density decreased as the soil available P content and soil total P content increased.
