Abstract: Pot and field experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of Bio- organic- inorganic compoundfertilize on the growth, yield, and quality of flue- cured tobacco. The results showed as follows: compared to the contrast ofcommon fertilizer that contains the sameNPK quantity, in disposal AA, AB, and AB, the plant heights were more 11. 2- 11. 4 cm, the maximum leaf area was more 51. 71- 146. 02 cm2, and the number of leaves were more 1. 2- 3. 4, the content ofchlorophyll and activity of roots were speeded in the previous period, and fell more quickly in the latter period, especially indisposal AB. In the mature period, the shoot dry matter weights increased by 16. 96%, 22. 38%, 19. 44%, K content wasadded by 11. 05%,12. 27% and 7. 36%.The N content declined a little, Schmuck number and sugar/ nicotine were moreharmonious. In the field,The field experiments keeps the same with test result trend cultivated in a pot.
