Abstract: Through the determination of canopy temperature, photosynthesis and the aging index of the new droughtresistanthigh- yield wheat varieties of the chang 4640. The cold temperature characterist ics of Chang 4640, Chang 6878and Chang 6154 was researched. Guitar fruit that: during f illing stage, a new drought- resistant high- yield wheat var-ieties had a good cold temperature charateristics, a canopy temperature was lower continuedly, flag leaf chlorophyll content, soluble protein content ,membrane permeability andMDA was better than cold typewheat of Xiaoyan number 6. In the latterpart of grain filling performance was particularly evident. Chang 4640, Chang 6878 and Chang 6154 was a proven longdrought- resistant high- yield, strong resistance of the cold temperature species. This article was also provided a basis ondrought- resistant high- yield wheat breeding and mechanism of canopy temperature.
