AFLP Analysis on Genetic Diversity of Apocynum

Abstract

Abstract: The study was definite the genetic diversity and geographical distribution of Apocynum in Inner Mongolia,and could provide basis for efficient utilization and conservation of Apocynum germplasm resources.The genetic diversity of Apocynum which occurred in Tongliao,Baotou and Bayannur city in InnerMongolia were analyzed by AFLP molecular marker technique.5359 loci of AFLP markers were amplified with 4 suitable primer combinations,4889 loci were polymorphic,and the percentage of polymorphism loci reached 91.22 %.The genetic variation of Apocynum which occurred in Tongliao city were bigger,had a distant relationship to Apocynum which occurred in Baotou and Bayannur city,while The genetic variation of Apocynum which occurred in Baotou and Bayannur city had relatively closer relation.The clustering results had certain correlation with the source land of materials,and could preferably reflect the genetic background and relation among different area.
