Abstract: The purpose of this research was to study whether the synergism of crystal protein of HBF-1 was enhanced by add one of the 19 chemical substances including abio-salinity and organic compound to the crystal protein with the concentration (0.1%, 0.2%, 0.5%和0.8%). We do this experiment by feed on fodder, first bolting results showed that several compounds have remarkable synergism for insecticidal crystal protein of HBF-1 in different concentration. They are mineralincluding MgSO₄(0.5%, 0.8% ), CaCl₂(0.5%, 0.8% )and MgCl₂ (0.5%, 0.8% ), and organic compound including Citric acid (0.2%, 0.5%, 0.8% )
