Abstract: To determine differential expression of genes between near isogenic line(NIL)Mardler/7* 3 Bainong 3217and Bainong 3217,cDNA2AFLP was employed to assay gene expressed in different time points after inoculation with pow2der and different treatments. Some differentially expressed genes were found in buds of Mardler/7* 3 Bainong 3217,Bain2ong 3217 and Bainong 3217 treated by DCINA on inoculated leaves. A total of 283 transcript2derived fragments(TDFs)were identified by using 46 pairs of primer combinations. Query in NCBI to 42 sequences out of 283 TDFs by BLASTXand BLASTN indicated that cDNA fragments show high homology to known genes, which mainly involve in signal trans2duction,cell components and oxidative stress. This research indicated that some TDFs were very important to understandthe wheat resistance to powder mildew.
