Abstract: In this study through the different carbon source , the nitrogen source and the double carbon source are mixed in the SMCS nutrient fluid .The culturing time , the temperature and the pH are changed in order to study culturing condition of glucanases produced by Coniothyrium minitans .The result indicated that , Coniothyrium minitans on the improved SMCS nutrient fluid at the constant temperature on the skakier(200 r/min ,20 ℃)about 15 d ,may induce produces massive glucanases .The improved SMCS nutrient fluid formula is :KH2PO4 680 mg ,KH2PO4 870mg ,KCl 200mg ,NH4NO3 1 g , MgSO4·7H2O 200mg ,CaCl2 200mg , FeSO4 2 mg , ZnSO4 2mg ,MnSO4 2mg , saccharose 10 g ,water 1 000mL , adjusting the pH to 6.5
