Abstract: Under the condition of the long-term locating fertilization for 28 years, we have a study on the effects of used fertilizers for long years on decrepitude index of root system and yield of winter wheat at later growth stage. The result indicated that used organic fertilizer, especially used organic fertilizer with some inorganic nitrogen can obviously depression membrane lipid peroxidation of root system, enhance the activity of SOD, depress content of MDA, postpone the speed of decrepitude of root system; the root system have higher physiological activity at later growth stage, enhance grain weight, increase grain yield.
