Abstract: At temperature of 21-25?,in substrate of pH 3-4,grey mould germ of straw berry produced mycotoxin, and the toxin can cause wound callus of straw berry to inactivate. Summit of mycotoxin was the 20 days. Cultivated liquid was leached, and then extracted with chloroform. The extractive which was diluted to 90 times still remained its toxicity. Wound callus was treated with mycotoxin solution which was diluted to 30 times, and then observed with fluorometry,mor-tality to cell was 86% in an hour and it was 99.9% in 2.5 hours.
