Abstract: The effects of different potassium fertilizer on some enzyme activities of growing flue-cured tobacco were studied. Results showed that, using organic potassium and bio-potassium fertilizer, NR activities were increased, tobacco's growing speed improved, and they could significantly strengthen the activity of SOD enzyme, root activities, Invertase and ATP enzyme activities were all increased. Among them, bio-potassium could improve tobacco's early stage growing, and organic potassium could improve tobacco's late stage growing. Tobacco's growing and development could enhance better using KNO3 than K2SO4.
