The results indicated there were two kinds of cells de-differentiated and then differentiated shoots in hypocotyls. One was parenchyma cells of hypocotyl vascular bundle on cut face, the other was parenchyma cells about 400- 600 Lm away from cut face. But parenchyma cells of cotyledon did only from the later.
