Abstract: Experiments in pot were carried out to study the effect of different potassium application rate on some enzymes activity during the course of the growth of Flue-cured tobacco in Cinnamon soil area. The NR ac-tivity and root activity are enhanced and the leaf ability of composing chlorophyll during the prophase of the growing process is increasing by using potassium fertilizer. Potassium can adjust the SOD activity and increase the SOD activity during the prophase and metaphase of the growing process. The invertase activity of 75 days after transplanting is lower than that of 60 days after transplanting. The invertase activity is increased by using potassium fertilizer, but the difference among the different potassium application rate treatments is small. Dur-ing the metaphase and anaphase of the growing process the ATPase activity of root is added by using potassium fertilizer, but the ATPase activity of root is reduced along with the growing of the plant.
