Abstract: Eight kinds of tissue soluble proteins of normal and Hemorrhagic diseased crucian carp were analysed by SDS-Polyacrylamid gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE).The results showed that the protein electrophoretic bands of heart, liver, kidney, branch, brian and muscle of diseased crucian carp were different from those of normal ones, five bands disappeared in heart and kidney;one new band present and one band disappeared in liver; two new bands present and two bands disappeared in branch;five new bands present in muscle. It indicated that the protein metabolism of fish changed greatly after infected by pathogenic bacteria. The changes of protein can be considered as a biochemical diagnosis indexes and the basis for studying the pathogenic mechanism at the biochemistry level and early prevention.

Key words: Crucian carp, Hemorrhagic disease, Soluble protein, SDS-PAGE
