Abstract: Effects of enviroment on photosynthetic characteristic of cucumber seedlings were studied in the experiment. The results were as follows: 1.The photosynthetic rate (Pn) was influenced by photo flux density(PFD).At about 1400µmo1·m-2·s-1 Pn reached photosynthesis light saturation; 2.The photosynthetic rate was highest at 25-30℃,and when the temperature went up or declined,it obviously decreased, meantime, light compensation point and light saturation changed; 3.The photosynthetic rate was influenced highly by CO2 concentration. The more the CO2 concentration was ,the more the photosynthetic rate of seedlings;4Photosynthetic rate changed with time, the highest appeared at 9∶00 and the lowest at 16∶00.
