秸秆还田与氮供应对小麦灌浆期光合日变化的影响

Effects of Straw Return and N Supply on Diurnal Variation of Photosynthesis in Grain Filling Stage of Wheat

摘要: 为探索适宜的秸秆还田量与氮肥耦合量,大田条件下设置2个氮用量和5个秸秆还田量处理,研究了小麦灌浆期旗叶净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、饱和蒸汽压亏缺(Vpdl)日变化及产量组成。结果表明,不同的秸秆还田量配施氮肥显著提高了小麦旗叶光合能力,且随氮供应量增加小麦旗叶Pn增加。随秸秆还田量增加,小麦光合指标和产量呈先升后降的趋势,更高的氮供应可以容纳更多的秸秆还田量。6 000 kg/hm2秸秆量配施氮肥150 kg/hm2和9 000 kg/hm2秸秆量配施氮肥225 kg/hm2是合适的秸秆还田与氮肥耦合量。

Abstract: The net photosynthesis rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci), transpiration rate(Tr),vapor deficit at the leaf surface(Vpdl)and wheat yield were studied under two nitrogen a-mounts and five straw return amounts treatments,for getting best amount of nitrogen fertilizer and straw return. The result showed that photosynthetic capacity was significantly improved at different quantity of straw returned with ni -trogen,and along with the nitrogen supply increasing,Pn of wheat flag leaf increased. With the increased amount of straw returned,wheat photosynthetic index and yield is to rise after the trend of the drop,higher nitrogen supply can accommodate more straw return amount,6 000 kg/ha straw return amount with nitrogen 150 kg/ha and 9 000 kg/ha straw return amount with nitrogen 225 kg/ha is appropriate coupling quantity to wheat cultivation under this experi-ment conditions.
