不同施肥处理对花魔芋光合色素及产量的影响

Study on the Photosynthetic Pigment and Yield of Konjac under Different Fertilization Treatments

摘要: 为了探索有利于魔芋生长发育的最佳施肥处理,研究了不同施肥处理对花魔芋光合色素、农艺性状及产量的影响.以安康市地方花魔芋为材料,在同等土壤肥力条件下,设置全化学肥(H)、全有机肥(Y)、混合施肥(化学肥料H +有机肥料Y)及无肥区(CK)4种不同施肥处理的小区试验,研究不同施肥处理对花魔芋光合色素、农艺性状及产量的影响.在本试验条件下,混合施肥(H+Y)处理有利于花魔芋光合色素的合成和积累,且各项农艺性状(株高、叶柄长度、叶柄直径、叶盘直径及顶裂叶长、宽)表现最好;全化学肥料、全有机肥料、混合施肥3个处理下,魔芋产量比CK分别提高8.8%,9.4%,28.1%,病害发生率分别比CK降低了3.3%,3.3%,6.6%.因此,化学肥料与有机肥料的混合施肥处理不仅可以提高魔芋产量,而且降低了魔芋软腐病发病率.

Abstract: Study on the effects of different fertilization methods on the growth and development of Ankang Amorphophallus Konjac,in order to explore the best fertilization way of Konjac.This study took the local Konjac in ankang as material,set 3 different fertilization treatments in the soil fertility equivalent condition:chemical treatment,organic treatment,mix treatment.Based on plot experiment in the field,studied photosynthetic pigment,growth characters and yield of Konjac under different fertilization treatments.The results showed that mix fertilizer treatment was beneficial to the accumulation of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotenoid,various agronomic traits (plant height,petiole length,petiole diameter,leaf disc diameter and top leaves long,wide) had the best performance;In the whole of chemical fertilizer,organic fertilizer,mixed fertilizer under three different treatments,the yield of Konjac increased 8.8%,9.4%,28.1% respectively than CK,the disease occurrence rate decreased by 3.3%,3.3%,6.6%.Mixed fertilization of chemical fertilizer and organic fertilizer can improve the yield and reduce the soft rot incidence.
