Abstract: Using filling flue-cured tobacco variety Longjiang 911 as the test materials, the optimum regression design method was conducted to eatablish regression effect models of N,P,and K fertilization rates and yield of filling flue-cured tobacco. The effects of the fertilization rates and their interactions were analyzed, and the optimization fertilizing plan from best yield and benefit through the model was calculated. The result showed that yield of filling flue-cured tobacco increased with P and K fertilizer, and relationship between yield of filling flue-cured tobacco and P,K fertilizer was positive.Yield of filling flue-cured tobacco decreased with N fertilizer, and relationship between yield of filling flue-cured tobacco and N fertilizer was negative. The percentage of fertilizers contribution to yield can be ranked PKN.The economic benefits from nitrogen fertilizer application was the best to reach 22 947.19 yuan/ha.It concluded that a comprehensive analysis on the regression effect models of N,P,and K fertilization rates and upper leaf nicotine content showed that the basal fertilization rates of N,P,and K for the tobacco production in Songhua River basin were recommended as 39.0-51.0,44.4-67.0,91.7-137.5 kg/ha,respectivly
