摘要： 利用28对稳定的SSR引物分析了20份玉米地方品种的遗传多样性,共检测到124个等位基因,平均每个位点4.43个,每对引物可以稳定检测到2~9个多态性片断,遗传相似系数为0.56~0.85。聚类分析将此材料划分为3个大群,其中来自山西地方品种划分在一个类群内,而来自河南的地方种质分布在3个类群中,多样性较高。据此结果,可对这些地方品种进行针对性的保存和改良利用。

Abstract: Genetic diven;ity of 20 maize landraces was analyzed with 28 SSR markers. 124 alleles in all were cletectedand the averse number of alleles was 4. 43. 2- 9 polymorphic fragments eramplified staldy by each SSR marker. Ge-netic dissimilarity coefficients ranged from 0. 56 to 0. 85. These maize germplasms could he clustered into 3 groups. The10 maize landraces from Shanxi Province were clustered into one group. Hvever, the other 10 maize landraces fromHenan provin cerwere detected in 3 groups, slxwing a high genetic diversity. The result indicated that these maize larrdraces could he conserved selectively and used in maize improvement.
