两种基因型玉米苞叶水势比较研究

Comparative Study on Water Potential of Husk Leaves for Two Different Maize Genotypes

摘要: 以郑单958和农大36两个玉米品种为研究材料,对大田条件下玉米苞叶水势的变化规律进行了比较研究,并探讨了苞叶水势和饱和亏缺之间的关系。结果表明:两种基因型玉米苞叶水势日变化趋势基本一致,呈抛物线型;郑单958的苞叶水势日均值和日变幅高于农大36;苞叶水势和相对水分含量均随着玉米生育期推进呈现不断降低的趋势,饱和亏缺变化趋势与之相反;郑单958的苞叶饱和亏缺数值低于农大36,相对水分含量高于后者;苞叶水势和饱和亏缺之间呈线性关系:Y=A+BX。郑单958常数项值比农大36大,表明在正常水分条件下郑单958饱和亏缺值较低,相对含水量较高,因此抗旱性强于农大36。

Abstract: Zhengdan 958 and Nongda 364 were adopted in this experiment,water potential of husk leaves senescence for two different maize(Zea mays L.)genotypes were comparatively studied in the field condition,and the relation among the water potential and water saturation deficit were discussed as well.The results showed that:the same diurnal change trend of water potential in two different genotypes was basically the same parabola-form,diurnal average and change range of water potential in husk leaves of Zhengdan 958 were higher than that of Nongda 364;Water potential and relative water content of husk leaves were in the trend of reduction along with the growing of maize,the water reverse was ture for saturation deficit;Zhengdan 958 had a higher saturation deficit than Nongda 364,but had a relatively lower relative water content than that;It was shown linear relation between water potential and saturation deficit of husk leaves:Y=A+B X.The constant item in Zhengdan 958 are bigger than that in Nongda 364,which indicated that the former had a higher saturation deficit、relatively lower relative water content,than latter under normal water condition,Therefore,the drought-resistance of Zhengdan 958 was prior to Nongda 364.
