气象因子与国光苹果品质关系的研究

Study on the Effects of Meteorological Factors on Ralls' Apple Quality

摘要: 根据连续16年的气象资料和国光苹果品质的调查数据,采用数理统计的分析方法,分析了气象因子与其果实品质的相关关系。结果表明,可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、果实硬度和糖酸比均与生长季节的不同生物时段的不同气象因子有密切关系。多元相关系数分别为0.876 9,0.7671,0.8929和0.8590。通径分析和多元回归分析表明,结果与其相关分析完全一致。本研究结果指出直接影响可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、硬度、以及糖酸比的主气象因子分别是7月下旬~9月中旬的日照时数,7~8月的降水量,6月下旬~7月上旬的日均温以及7月中下旬的日均温。

Abstract: The relationship between meteorological factors and Ralls apple (Mulus pumila, Mill) quality was statistically analysed with data of 16 successive years. The result showed that fruit soluble solids, titratable acid, firmness, and Brix/acid ratio were closely related to various meteorological factors in different growing stages, and the correlation coeffecient was0.8769* *, 0.7671* *, 0.8929* * and0.8950* *, respectively. The result was confirmed with the path analysis and multi-regression analysis. This study showed that the main direct factors affecting soluble solids, titratable acid, firmness, and Brix/acid ratio were the sunshine time between late July and middle Sep. , the precipitation between July and Aug. , the average temperature between late June and early July, and the average temperature in middle to late July, respectively.
