摘要： 利用改进的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对20个玉米自交系和13个杂交种清蛋 白进行了电 泳分析，并对电泳谱带进行了四位数编码。电泳图根据谱带迁移情况分为A、B、C 3个带区， 将A区和B区之间所有试验材料都有的迁移率为0.50的一条谱带编码为5012；各自交系和杂交 种的电泳图均有其鲜明特征，编码各不相同，彼此能够区别；亲本自交系A区和B区的不同谱带 在杂交种F1发生互补，杂交种的谱带编码等于双亲自交系共同谱带编码与各自独有谱带编 码的叠加；通过双亲自交系的清蛋白电泳谱带编码可以预测杂交种的电泳谱带类型。

Abstract: Electrophoretic analysis were made on the albumins of 20 inbred lines and 13 hybrids of maize by improved polyacryamide gel electrophoressis technique , and the electrophoretic bands were coded by four numbers. According to the mobil ities, the electrophoretograms were divided into three zones: A, B and C. Lying between A, Bzones, the common band with a mobility of 0.50 was coded 5012. The electro phoretograms of the inbred lines and the hybrids had their own manifest characte ristics and different codings, and they could be differentiated from each other. The different bands of parent inbred lines were complemental in hybrid F1 in A and B zones. The common band codings of the parents inbreds and their own band cod ings made up that of their hybrids. The bands of hybrids could be predicted using that of their parents inbreds.
