摘要: 高温及其他一些化学和生理胁迫能诱导机体产生热激蛋白。真核生物中 热激因子调节热激基因 的表达。在正常生长条件下,热激因子处于钝化的单体状态,而当热激时,热激因子形成三 聚体并与DNA结合,同时通过转录激活域的活化而激活热激基因的表达。本文叙述了热激因子的结构及 热激因子的活性调节方面的研究动态。

关键词: 热激因子, 结构域, 调节, 热激基因表达

Abstract: Organisms respond to elevated temperatures and to chemical and ph ysiolo gical stresses by increasing the synthesis of heat shock proteins (HSPs). The exp ression of heat shock gene in eukaryotes is regulated by conserved heat shock tr anscription factor (HSF). HSF is present in a latent state under normal condition s; it is activated upon heat stress by induction of trimerization, highaffinity b inding to DNA and transcriptional activity. We described the HSF structure and th e regulation of its transcriptional activity.
