Using Additive Main Effects and Multiplicative Interaction Model to Analyze Genotype and Environment Effects on Protein Content of Winter Wheat in Chin

摘要: 利用主效可加互作可乘模型对全国冬播麦区48个小麦主栽品种和优良品系在15个地区于1995~1996年度种植的多点试验数据蛋白质含量进行分析,结果表明,AMMI模型解释G×E互作明 显优于线性回归模型。通过AMMI1模型双标图可以看出蛋白质含量在品种和地点间的变异程 度,找出稳定性较好的品种。在AMMI2模型双标图上对每一地点很容易找出蛋白质含量互作 最大的品种。通过计算地点的IPCA值与环境因子的相关系数,可以找出与品质性状显著相关 的环境因子。

Abstract: The additive main effects and multiplicative interaction (AMMI) model was used t o analyze G× Einteraction on protein content of forty-eight Chinese winter whe at varieties and advanced lines form 15 locations of four major winter wheat gro wing zones in 1995-1996. The result indicated that G× E interaction explained by AMMI1 model was notably better than the regression analysis. The degree of variet ions between varieties of sites and the varieties with better stability were ide ntified in the biplot of the AMMI model. At the same time, the sites with highest increase of protein content could be easily located on the biplot of the AMMI2 model. Environmental factors significantly affecting wheat quality could be identifi ed by correlation analysis of location IPCA with environmental factors.
