D2型细胞质光敏雄性不育小麦的初步研究

Preliminary Studies on Photoperiod-sensitive Male Sterility Wheat with D2-type Cytoplasm

摘要: 通过春季在田间分期播种,冬季在温室中不补光种植,研究了具有D2型细胞质(胞质供体为粗厚山羊草Ae.crassa)的Norin26异质系在呼和浩特自然光生长条件下的育性表现。结果表明:(1)不同播期的Norin26异质系在田间的不育株率均达到了100%;不育性在形态上表现为雄蕊心皮化。(2)三个播期的自交结实率分别为:3月28日播种的为40.85%(半不育),4月7日播种的为18.72%(高不育),4月17日播种的为0(全不育)。(3)冬季不补光种植在温室中的Norin26异质系的育性及自交结实均表现正常。

Abstract: The fertility of Japanese common wheat cultivar Norin 26 and its alloplasmic line with Ae. crassa cytoplasm was studied at different sowing stages in spring season under the condition of normal light period and in greenhouse with no light supplement in winter season in Huhhot. The results indicated that: (1) The rate of sterile plant of alloplasmic line of Norin 26 was 100% in all the different sowing stages. The male sterility was expressed as pistillody of stamens in form. (2) The seed-setting percentages in bagged spike were 40.85% (half male sterile) at first sowing (28/3) , 18.72% (Highly male sterile) at second sowing (7/4) and 0 (completely male sterile) at the third sowing (17/4) , respectively. (3) The fertility of both Norin 26 and its alloplasmic line was normal in greenhouse with no light supplement in winter season.
