玉米茎腐病接种技术及抗病性鉴定效果

摘要: 对河北省玉米茎腐病优势种禾谷镰刀菌、串珠镰刀菌和腐霉菌进行了接种技术和玉米品种抗病性的研究。结果表明,三种病原菌单独接种或复合菌接种都能使玉米产生典型茎腐病株;复合菌株接种的致病率接近或高于单菌株致病率的平均值。

Abstract: The inoculation techniques of sorrrn graminearurn Schwabe,Fmonili formeSheld.and Iythiumsp,the three dominate pathogens causing corn stalk rot in HebeiProvince,and the resistance identification of cornarieties were studied.The results showedthat either single or mixture inoculation with the three pathogens could cause the typicalsymptom of corn stalk rot.And the pathogenesis rates of the mixture inoculation before,ceding and at 68 leaves stage were higher than that at the convention pollinating stage.ese reault can be used in identifying diseie resistance of corn varieties and selecting brid corn and selfbred line with resistance,to the three pathogens.
