高抗萎蔫病胡麻品种资源的筛选利用及抗病性遗传浅析

摘要: 在萎蔫病发生严重且均匀的自然病圃,对国内外675份胡麻品种资源进行抗萎蔫病的筛选与鉴定,选出32份高抗萎蔫病胡麻品种资源,应用这些资源育成了晋亚6号胡麻品种及8777-24-3新品系,并将“7544”、“7669”直接用于生产。抗病遗传分析结果表明,抗萎蔫病性属于细胞核显性遗传,具有较高遗传力。用高抗与高感、丰产型品种组配,可以选育出超亲类型的丰产、抗病新品种(系)。

Abstract: By screening and identifying the wilt resiaance of 675 linsaed eultivars in naturalplot of severe and welldistributed fusarium wilt disease,3G cultivars with highresistance tothe disease were acquired.Among them,etc was put into productive use.borne itivars were utilized as resistance parents inbreeding.The genetic analysis of the discresistance revealed that the inheritance of resistance belonged to cell nucleus and dominant one and its heritability was relatively high.From the cross combination between hig1rei,tant parents and highaffection,highyieldparents,the new linseed strain being better than.Longya No.7 was acctuired.
