玉米株型性状的遗传分析

摘要: 由8个亲本组成1/2P(P+1)双列杂交试验,采用Hayman等人的双列分析法,对叶长、叶宽、叶面积、叶角、叶向值进行遗传分析。结果表明,除叶面积存在显著的上位性效应外,其余4性状均符合加性—显性模型。叶角、叶向值以加性效应为主;叶长、叶宽、叶面积显性效应起主要作用。叶角、叶向值以低值为部分显性,叶长、叶面积以高值为超显性。叶角的狭义遗传力较高。在88.7%左右,叶面积最低,为32.7%左右。

Abstract: With diallel mating design,crosses were made between 8 inbreds tostudy genetic parameters of corn leaf length,width,area,angle and leaf orientation value(LOV).The results showed that characters studied,except leaf area,were controlled by the additivedomfinance genetic system.The additive effect played aw important role for leaf angle and LOV.Andfor leaf length,width and area,it was the dominant effect that played an important role.Low values of leaf angle and LOV were partially dominant and high values of leaf length and width hadsuperdominance.The narrow inheritability of leaf angle was the highest(88.79%).The value ofleaf area was the lowest.
