玉米姊妹系的选育与改良单交的应用研究

摘要: 对三个材料各一个基本株自交产生的姊妹系及其姊妹种,以及由此配成的普通单交和改良单交种的主要农艺性状进行了分析。研究结果表明,利用早代姊妹种(S2、S3)进行制种,产量可以提高40%左右,S2的制种产量甚至成倍增加,不同材料同世代的姊妹种间增产幅度不一。

Abstract: The research has been made on the main agronomy characters of sister lines and sistercrosses produced by selfbreeding from a single plant of each of the three materials as well as thecharacters of single crosses and modified single crosses composed of crossing sister lines and sistercrosses with parents.The yield of seed production would be incressed by about 40% by using ear1y generation sister crosses(SZ,53),and even be redoubled by using SZ.The increasing rates weredifferent among the same generation sister crosses from different materials.The uniformity andyield of modified single cross may be basically the same as the corresponding single cross.Combining with the cytoplasmic male sterility,it will widen the using prospect of modified singlecrosses.
