摘要: 对Ae.variabilis和Ae.triunicialis与Tal kr phlb基因综合体杂交结实率以及F1 植株染色体配对观察,进一步用中国春(普通小麦)回交成功,证明了Tal krphlb基因综合体能够用于山羊草有益基因的"直接遗传转移".在山羊草外源基因导入(到普通小麦)方面,具有很大的潜力.

Abstract: Investigation of seed set of Tal kr phlb gene plants Ae. Variabilis and Tal kr phlb gene plants Ae. triuncialis, and observation of chromosome pairing of F1 plants and success of backcross with Chinese Spring(common wheat) revealed that Tal kr phlb genes could express in the hybrids and Tal kr phlb gene plants can be used in "direct genetic transfer" of desirous genes of Aegilios. At the same time, the results indicated that Tal kr phlb gene plants had great potential in introduction of alien desirous genes of Aegilops to common wheat.
