Cloning and Polymorphism Analysis of KIT Gene Exon 2 in Reddish-brown Wusuli Raccoon Dog and Jilin White Raccoon Dog

Abstract: In the experiment,3 wild Wusuli raccoon dog,3 reddish-brown Wusuli raccoon dog and 3 Jilin white raccoon dog from Qingdao Laixi breeding base was selected for research object. A sequence for 276 bp was cloned. The polymorphism and homology of the other species was analyzed. The results showed that the homologous rate in canis familiaris,vulpes,felis catus,orcinus orca,sus scrofa and equus caballus was 97%,97%,92%,89%,87%, 87%.The exon 2 of KIT gene were high conservation in the three kinds of raccoon dog,and no mutation was found.
