Antioxidant Enzymes Activities of Flag Leaves in Winter Wheat during Late Grain Filling under Irrigation and Rainfed Treatments

Abstract

Abstract: Two wheat cultivars JM20 and LM21，were used to investigate changes of antioxidant enzymes activi-ties and lipid peroxidation in winter wheat flag leaves under the irrigation and rainfed conditions. The results showedthat dynamic changes of antioxidant enzymes activities and lipid peroxidation were similar between two wheat cultivarsunder irrigation and rainfed treatment. The changes of SOD(Superoxide dismutase) activities suggested fluctuanttrend.
