Abstract: A F2 populationwith 142 lines crossed by cultivated female parent andwide male parent were used to con -struct the genetic linkage map using AFLP, SRAP, SSR molecular markers. 159 markers including 112 AFLP markers, 39SRAP markers and 8 SSRmarkers integrated into 10 linkage groups. The map covered 743?11 cMwith an average markerinterval 4?67 cM. This was the first time that we combine AFLP, SRAP, SSRtogether to construct the genetic linkage mapof the cucumber(Cucumis Sativus L.).

Key words: Cucumis Sativus L, Genetic map, AFLP, SRAP, SSR
