Study on the Expression of TaGSK1 under Different Stresses by Semi-quantitation RT-PCR Method

Abstract

Abstract: The expression of TaGSK1 was examined in the stresses of salt, ABA and cold by the method of RT-PCR. The results showed that the expression of TaGSK1 was increased in these stresses and indicated that TaGSK1 was an important factor in the signal pathway of salt, ABA and cold resistance.
